Apart from credit card details, your material could be sent unencrypted over several networks and altered to fit technical specifications of connected devices and networks.
Though it is not required of Shipdaak, it may remove material or accounts judged illegal, offensive, or otherwise breach these rules.
Shipdaak cannot guarantee the calibre of goods, services, or knowledge acquired via the service nor can we guarantee that any problems will be fixed.
Shipdaak is not liable for any direct or indirect damages—including loss of profits, goodwill, or data—resulting from the use of or inability to utilise the service.
In no event will Shipdaak or its suppliers be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages. Agreeing to these terms also means that you will be indemnifying Shipdaak and its associates against any claims resulting from your breach of either relevant legislation or terms.
Technical support is only accessible to paying subscribers via either email or previously agreed upon means.
Without specific authorisation from Shipdaak, you may not replicate, resell, or recreate the service.
Any abusive behavior—verbal or written—directed at Shipdaak employees, clients, or members will cause instantaneous account cancellation.
Though Shipdaak does not claim ownership of any of your materials, you give us permission to show and save them. Additionally reserved by Shipdaak is the right to review uploaded materials at any moment.
Shipdaak does not release our rights if it neglects to enforce any clause of these terms. These words reflect the whole agreement between you and Shipdaak, therefore surpassing any earlier agreements.
Search engine keywords or domain names using the Shipdaak name—including variants or misspellings—may not be purchased.
Shipdaak is not obliged to pre-screen anything; it has the right to remove any materials judged unsuitable.

Among the several payment schedules Shipdaak provides are monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual ones. Payment is to be paid seven days after getting the invoice; else, the account can be closed or suspended.
All fees exclude relevant taxes.
Refunds are not available from Shipdaak.
All related material will be permanently removed should you close your account. As deletion is permanent, make sure you no longer need the account before cancelling.
Shipdaak retains the right to stop or change the service at any moment without notice.
Prevention of Fraud
Should we believe there is fraudulent activity, Shipdaak could suspend or delete accounts.
Changes in the Service and Prices Shipdaak will give 14 days' notice of any modifications and has the right to modify prices. Announcements will be sent via official channels or shown on the Shipdaak website.
Shipdaak is not liable for any ensuing changes, suspensions, or concealments; it may alter or stop the service at any moment.
