Shipdaak does not claim ownership of the materials you upload. By submitting content to Shipdaak, you grant permission for it to be displayed and stored and agree that Shipdaak can review it at any time.
Failure to enforce any part of these terms does not constitute a waiver. These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Shipdaak, superseding any previous agreements.
You may not purchase search engine keywords or domain names containing the Shipdaak name or trademarks.
Shipdaak does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove anything deemed unsuitable.
