You may cancel your Shipdaak account at any time by sending a request to support@Shipdaak.com.
Upon cancellation, all of your data, files, and content stored within our service will be permanently deleted. As this process is irreversible, we strongly advise you to back up any important data before proceeding with the cancellation. Please ensure that you genuinely wish to close your account, as we will not be able to restore your content once deletion is complete.
If you choose to cancel your subscription midway through a billing cycle, you will receive a final invoice via email. This invoice must be settled in full, after which no further charges will be applied to your account.
Shipdaak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its services at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. While we strive to provide seamless service, unforeseen circumstances or business decisions may necessitate changes to our platform. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users in advance.
We take fraud seriously. If we suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent activities—including but not limited to misrepresentation, payment fraud, misuse of services, or any activity flagged through legal, insurance, or escrow investigations—Shipdaak reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice. Additional legal action may be taken if necessary.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for any canceled subscriptions, including mid-month cancellations. Once a subscription is charged, it is considered final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review your plan and billing cycle before making any changes to your account.
